NAWRAS does not accept any returns unless the artwork received was damaged or is not as per the specifications mentioned by the seller on website.

In cases as mentioned above, the buyer must report NAWRAS via email on info@nawrasartist.com within 24 hrs of the received artwork along with picture of the receipt and damaged artwork. We expect the buyer to to notify the courier company at the time of delivery (this is very important for us in order to process the refund). We shall investigate the issue and try to refund as soon as possible if the complaint is valid from the buyers side.

 If the artwork is being damaged in the transit, NAWRAS shall credit full amount paid by the buyer including the shipping charges. We would credit the amount in the same account from which you made the payment within one month after approval of your refund request.

Note: It is our our call to make the final decision for the refund of the payment in case of any disagreements. We would not be able to process any returns in case of delay or not being reported to NAWRAS on info@nawrasartist.com within stipulated period of time.

RETURN PROCESS

Before making a return, make sure that the damaged artwork is being reported to NAWRAS and also you have received the written approval from us through email.

Return can be done by following simple steps

  1. Fill out the return form which we shall send you through email id info@nawrasartist.com once you report us the damage claim, explaining the reason for return.
  2. You should make artwork reach to the nearest Maruti Courier Service and get it packed with them and courier it on the address we shall send you on email once you send us a filled refund form via email on info@nawrasartist.com. Take the receipt from the Maruti Courier Service and we shall refund you the total amount of the packing+shipping including the amount you paid for the artwork as was listen on NAWRAS  website.
  3. We shall typically issue refund within one month of the application for refund if the case is approved.
